Rental Costs (same for both halls)

Rental rates for private users/community events are:


 £21 per hour

 Book anytime

 Weekends & Bank Holidays

 £27 per hour

 Booking restricted to two four hour slots, charged at a flat rate of £108          (9am - 1pm or 2pm - 6pm)

For all bookings, we also take a Booking Deposit of £100, which is refunded in full provided that the hirer complies with all of the Conditions of Hire.

Please note: Out of respect for our neighbours, our halls are not available for parties that extend beyond

8pm. We hope you understand - there are plenty of other local venues that can accommodate such events.  Visit

We also ask you to take your rubbish home as we have limited disposal facilities on site.
