We are two inclusive churches in Purley and Kenley, working together to serve God and our community. As we continue our journey towards becoming one worshipping community, we take turns worshipping at each church for our Sunday 10am Eucharist.

Where are we on Sundays in the weeks ahead? Please note that all services during the winter months will be held at All Saints Church, Kenley.  St Barnabas Church cannot be heated and the Church Hall cannot be used.  We will return to St Barnabas in the spring.

  • Advent Season - The countdown to Christmas begins with four Sundays in which to reflect on the most amazing gift given to humanity by God: Jesus Christ, our Saviour. We look to the past with the birth of Jesus, the present with the excited anticipation of Christmas Day, and the future with the promise that Jesus Christ will come to earth once again, as we live in him and he is us - all mystical and difficult to understand, but possible to believe.
  • 8 December: All Saints - 10am The Eucharist.

Our 10am services are celebrated with a spirit of joy and we sing both traditional and modern music. We follow the pattern of the Church's year, but are committed to justice within creation, including Creationtide and Black History month in our yearly patterns of service.
